Depends. In traditional sense witch is more akin to a herbalist and natural healer, with certain magical abilities, where as wizards are spellcasters whom have gained their abilities through practice and training, and sorcerors and -ress are the type that have the magic come to them naturally.

But our miss Piggy here would probably fall more in line with witch or wizard at max, due to the nature of her abilities… But yeah. Depends on how one defines these things.
