I’d try to get two people, who can’t stand each other, to work together so they can solve their problems with each other or at least I will know which one of them, or both, is the baby who can’t play with others ‘cose “they is a doodiehead”. 😀

You really don’t have to see eye to eye to stand shoulder to shoulder with someone.
