I would imagine that it’s more in how you define a murderer…
A soldier is naught but a murderer when history turns against them…
Even a person committed to protect can be called a murderer if they killed “accidentally”, but ready to do whatever it takes to guard others. They had the intent of ending a life if it had to come to that, as it did.
