Oh, no. A sneaking suspicion has just arisen in my mind: did Baba somehow persuade the Queen to start stashing a food supply not for the Queen, but for Baba? And then acted out an alibi afterward and lied about the whole scenario still later?

JDC-ONE: Sometimes it is better/safer for the author to keep a low profile.
@Velgar: When my intuition about threat potentials hits me that hard and that clearly, I’m almost always spot-on. In any case I wouldn’t put anything past the Not-So-Great Boo-Boo. We’ll see.
JDC-ONE: Great material draws great comments.
@Velgar: If we’ve been disagreeing on anything worth a hill of beans, it’s escaped my notice. We can leave the rest to dust and let the rain settle it.
@Rakkav (the last one): I really couldn’t have said it any better myself. To me it has all been argumentative chatter with a great challenger of thoughts. Doubt I need to say who that has been.
@JDC-ONE: And again I have to agree with Rakkav (oh, what a pain it is ), if it wasn’t for you and your wonderful comic, with it’s complex and interesting characters, there wouldn’t be too much for us the comment about.
So by all means, thank you first and foremost. It has been truly a pleasure and I doubt it will be anything but the same for weeks to come.
