That shouldn’t be too hard. Oswald transforms into a human (giant compared to the fae) and could easily rip it apart.
*stares at the device* Wait. Oh wow,! The evil queen converted a fire call box from prior to the 911 system in the USA. Now, this old squirrel is dating himself. I remember these mounted on telephone poles as a kid. Bright red. The square in the center was a pull-down cover. Inside was a button to press to summon the fire department.

I recognize it as well. Yet, I feel there must be a significance behind the artist’s designing the device this way. I sense some allegory and/or symbolism here…
We had those in Cleveland, but you had to reach your hand into a square hole about four inches in order to push down a sliding lever — and it got squirted with indelible ink so that you could be identified if it was a false alarm.
