Day 9 and counting :)
Day 9 and counting
I have a couple of things to report today. I was interviewed today by the great guys over at (Chuck and John, thank you) www.Comicrelated.com (a great site by the way) the interview should be going up next Wednesday. I’ll post up the link when it comes up. Another thing that’s going on is there is going to be a new reward on the kickstarter page, for 200. Daphne Lage will do a 9×12 full color commission. Along with the commission you will also receive 5 signed copies of The Oswald Chronicles vol.1 My First Day plus all of the downloads.
Again thank you to all of you who have supported Oswald on Kickstarter and for those of you still on the fence here’s another random page from My First Day
And here are a couple of reviews
Memorial by Chris Roberson and Rich Ellis
Memorial is the story of Em a young lady who wakes up not knowing who she is and why she doesn’t have a shadow. She finds herself in a strange shop where she receives a key as a gift and a talking cat as friend, good stuff. This is a high fantasy, high concept book by a great team and I’m looking forward to the next one.
Incognito by Ed Brubaker and Sean Phillips
This is the story of a bad man who did a bunch of bad things, gave up his buddies to the fed and got put into a super powered witness protection plan. During his stay in the real world where his powers don’t work due to medication given to him by his handlers he finds himself bored and seeking something he had lost. Eventually he finds it and all hell breaks loose. If you read Ed Brubaker’s Sleeper and enjoyed that you’ll enjoy this with equal measure, great stuff. My only complaint is that I want more and I don’t know if there’s going to be anymore, but I’ll be watching for it.
So please if you can go on over to Kickstarter and get yourself a book
Thank you all once again.
Best
